WHAT ELSE?

1. What to wear?
2. What to bring?
3. Who to turn to?

What to wear?

This a big occasion for us. But we want it to be fun rather than formal.

We want our guests to come dressed as what they feel is the best version of themselves. Whether that be in your favourite dress, a gorilla suit, dungarees, or a tuxedo, it really doesn’t matter. Creative dressing is encouraged.

However, we do advise strongly against any uncomfortable or delicate footwear around the Ă–ved countryside. Dress for an adventure, not for a banquet.

What to bring?

We have had a few years to nest and accumulate all the things that we need (and some that we don't). Really, we don’t need more stuff. Yet, we do love gifts, so we suggest you try one of the following options:
  • We would love something personal. Anything that you've made yourself, or that you want us to experience, we will cherish forever.
  • Contribute with something on our big day. Play a few songs, help with arrangements or suggest something yourself! It would be a shame if all the talent among our guests was not put to use.
  • Contribute towards our honeymoon. Student budgets and weddings are not a great combination. Anything will be of use.
  • Panicking and want to get us a traditional registry-style gift? In that case, we do like the following things:
                 - Hiqh quality cookware from de Buyer.
                 - Elin Bengtsson's paintings. Email her about a wedding-gift for us.
                 - Plates from Paul Hoff's collection "Arter i Fara" for Gustavberg
                 - And you could help us extend our wine collection.

Who to turn to?

If you have any general questions, questions about accommodation, or if you would like to help out with something on the day, please pop us an e-mail.

The toastmaster for the evening is Harry's brother-from-another-mother Manne. If you want to give a speech or sing a song during the dinner (please do), please let him know by sending him an e-mail prior to the day.

We're also planning a number of other activities between the ceremony and the dinner. In charge of this is Harry's other-brother-from-another-mother Josef. If you want to contribute somehow—by singing a song, or whatever—please contact Josef by e-mail prior to the day.
